Li'l Simmies Toy Store (LollySims)

I located another property I had made awhile back, edited to improve it, and now I can present Li'l Simmies Toy Store! Sim kids are highly ignored and neglected in Sims 3, so I wanted to make a fun lot for them to visit, especially if your Sims can't afford the finer things in life. This lot is suitable for Sims of all ages, there's lots of fun things to do here!

Cash Registers are just decorative, no working ones really apply to toy stores :( 

Also sorry about the excessive lighting, but with a warehouse-type ceiling, hanging lights just don't look right.

Pirate/Explorer Room -

There's a playable chest in this room too. These are just for display.

Foosball is near the doors, toy chest is more in the middle of the room

Frio's Bookstore & Cafe - my first upload!

So, wow, I'm excited to be sharing my very first upload! I actually located two lots I made for the base game, that I made out of annoyance about the rabbit holes we got with Sims 3. I HATE rabbit holes! So the first lot I made was a bookstore that was attached to the rabbit hole bookstore, so you could get the ambiance of a real bookstore despite not actually being able to buy books there.

However...

With World Adventures came cash registers, and now my bookstore actually functions as a bookstore! :D So originally I was going to remove the rabbit hole, but then I realized in the town view, the only applicable thing I could label the lot as was a library. So a quick trip to buy books would've been impossible (you'd have to zoom in every time). So I left the rabbit hole, so now you can still have quick access from the town view, get a part-time job, and become a partner. But my built bookstore still makes for a fun outing, especially for bookworm Sims :)

My inspiration for the design was Barnes & Noble, but on a much smaller scale. So without further ado, I bring you Frio's Bookstore & Cafe!

This is the mini cafe at the front of the store. The registers in the back sell food, and there's coffee makers as well. Great little area for Sims to catch a bite to eat and use their laptops.

This is the checkout area, where you buy books.
